Washed Yirgacheffe Grade 2

Yirgacheffee Coffee is often considered one of the highest quality Arabica coffees in the world. This is due to the ideal conditions provided by Yirgacheffe for growing Arabica coffee, such as warm days and cool nights, high altitudes, nutrient-rich soil, and sufficient rainfall. It is no surprise that Arabica grew wild in Yirgacheffe before it grew anywhere else in the world.

There are two types of processing for Yirgacheffe Coffee: Natural and Washed. The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1800-1900m and is harvested from October to January.
