Washed Sidamo Grade 2

Coffee from Sidamo is known for its complex and diverse landscape, which produces coffee with a variety of flavors. The beans are medium-sized and have a greenish-grey color. The balanced taste and good flavor of this coffee make it known as Sweet Coffee, with a pleasant acidity and good body. It is commonly used for gourmet or specialty coffee blends.

There are two types of processing used for Coffee from Sidamo: Natural and Washed.

The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1500-2200 meters and is harvested from October to January. It is available for purchase from January to December.
